Board of Directors
The governance of the Junior League of Durham and Orange Counties (JLDOC) is vested in its Board of Directors. The Board of Directors members are responsible for assuring the League accomplishes its Mission through setting strategic direction, ensuring fiduciary responsibility and organizational performance, and positioning the League in its community. To successfully govern, a Board of Directors understands that it derives its authority from the membership and is accountable to that membership for the success of the organization.
